A completed home is a home designed and built by Davis Vineyard. It’s designed to offer you, the customer, peace of mind from the beginning of the project, right until the day you get the keys to your forever home.
What are the benefits of a completed home?
No progress payments
Pay your deposit and settle on completion, just like an established home. Other house and land packages require you to settle on the land and pay progress payments for the entire project build.
Stamp Duty concessions
Stamp Duty concessions still apply to the house like any new house and land package, see off-the-plan duty concessions at SRO for more information.
Price of materials is locked in
You won’t be affected by global price increases that are affecting the price to build new home.
Fixed site costs
No matter what problems we encounter onsite, we’ll be responsible for the cost.
